This is a little Pink and Silver Satin with Tulle ballet tutu for the Cosmopolitan Ginger doll. Ginger is a little 1950's hard plastic 8" doll so this will fit any of that type including Ginny, Muffie, Wendy etc. It still has the label which reads: "Fashion for Ginger Cosmopolitan Doll & Toy Co. Jackson Heights, NY". The little tutu has metallic silver designs in the Pink and snaps in the back. It is in never used excellent condition and we guarantee our items to be as described.
