This handsome 1940's puffy heart charm is an unusual Sterling Silver charm measuring 5/8" x 9/16". It has a cross with a crown on the front and is marked: "Sterling" on the back. There are some extremely teeny little dings on the front, but they are so minute, you can barely notice them. This is a very pretty charm and we guarantee our items to be as described.
