We are collectors as well as dealers, so we try to be exact as possible in describing the condition of items we list. Understand that we're being thorough and honest to give you a complete picture of the piece, and that the items look much better than the descriptions might read.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pay for actual shipping. All our shipments are insured through ShipInsurance (formerly DSI) at no additional cost to you. PA residents will be charged 6% Sales Tax.

Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee. Shipping will only be refunded in cases where the item(s) was/were not as described.

Other Information:
We offer free gift wrapping on most items. Our paper choices are royal blue with white ribbon or white paper with royal blue ribbon.

If payment has not been received within three weeks of the date the original purchase order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and re-list the item(s).
