Lyman Byxbe Etching - "Thompson Canyon"

A fine small etching by Lyman Byxbe (1886-1980), a longtime resident of Estes Park, Colorado, who made his name executing prints of the surrounding area, including Rocky Mountain National Park, which begins just to the west of the town.

This etching is of Thompson Canyon, which is to the east of Estes Park. I believe the river in the image is the Big Thompson River.

The etching is 3" by 4.75" on a 5" by 8" sheet.

Condition is as new, no wear or damage.

Signed and titles by the artist in the bottom margin.
