The style of the piece suggests is was made in the 1970's, but it may date from the early 80's just as easily. The pattern is illustrated on page 222 and 223 of Nissen, Hanson and Hanson's "McCoy Pottery Vol III".
Marked on the bottom with the McCoy mark and the nesting LCC mark, denoting this piece was made after McCoy was bought out by Lancaster Colony.
The teapot is 6" tall and 8.75" from handle to spout.
Condition is as new, no wear or damage. There is a dark area in the glaze at the bottom of the pot which may be tea staining or just pooled glaze. It's had to tell, due to the color of the piece. There are also two manufacturing defects: there's an underglaze chip on the edge of the lid and a thin spot on the interior rim near the handle.
