It is a simple, goblet or chalice form, ornamented with with two applied canes of crystal which twist up the base of the vase.
This particular vase was ordered by Hershey's Chocolate to commemorate their 100th anniversary in 1994. I believe these vases must have been given to executives and perhaps to major purchasers of Hershey's products, as they are one of the more common Steuben corporate orders.
The vase is decorated with an etched image of the original Hershey's logo, the "Cocoa Baby", bursting out of a cacao pod with a cup of hot chocolate in his hand.
"HERSHEY / 1894-1994" is also etched into the bottom of the vase. It is backwards, so that it can be read through the glass.
The vase is 6.25" tall and 5.125" in diameter.
Condition is near mint: there are one or two very light scratches to the polished bottom and one (0.5") scratch near the rim.
Marked "Steuben" in script with a diamond point on the bottom edge of the foot.
