The candlesticks are definitely Dugan, and are shown in Heacock, Measell & Wiggins "Dugan/Diamond" book on page 111. The console bowl, which is the same color is probably Dugan, but there is a vague chance that it is Fenton, as it is the same style as Fenton's bowls of the period (although the Fenton book I have does not list a 10" flared bowl). The color was called Cerulean Blue, and later Vesuvius Blue.
The candlesticks are 9.25" tall. The bowl is 10" in diameter and 2.25" tall. Condition is excellent; no chips cracks, wear or damage. Only a couple of straw marks in the center of the bowl.
