'BBGT' Sterling Silver Necklace

BBGT = Black, Brown, Grey, and Taupe beads of various sizes, shapes, and shades make up this beautiful necklace. The three larger of the beads feature all four of the colors above and are ones that I hand made out of clay. What fun that was! They were hardened/baked in an oven and cooled properly and then a coat of high gloss sealer was added. Four of the other large beads look as if they are made of marble with the wonderful swirls of color in them. Also there are several solid black disc shaped beads made by Austin Hamilton, as well as some brown glass cat's eye beads.

The sterling silver beads in this piece are amazing pieces on their own. A number of large fancy Bali Sterling Silver beads are used and the details made into them is amazing. Sterling silver Bali bead caps are also used throughout. The smallest sterling beads are the ones that end the necklace and they have a lovely fluted design. I kept the sterling clasp on this bracelet simple as there is so much going on in the necklace.
