Hand wire wrapped on Sterling Silver, and dangling from Sterling Silver Eurowire Leverbacks, these earrings measure 1 ½ Inches in Length.

Bead Information (25.4 mm = 1 Inch): 14 mm Round Floral Lampwork Beads - Handcrafted & Properly Kiln Annealed by a Fantastically Talented, U.S. Glass Artisan in New York; 5 mm Red Siam Flattened Bicone Swarovski Crystal.

If you are new to Glass Lampwork Art, each bead is Individually hand crafted by heating solid glass rods to a molten state … the beads are created by wrapping and layering the molten glass around a steel rod (which becomes the bead hole). Depending on the skill of the Glass Lampwork Artisan, the end result can be phenomenal ! Lampworking involves carefully manipulating hot molten glass ... and no paint or painting is involved ! All of the U.S. Glass Lampwork Artisans that I purchase from … additionally kiln anneal their beads - hot beads are placed in a digitally controlled kiln, which allows the beads to cool at the same rate (from the inside out) creating a stronger & more durable glass bead (eliminating unexpected breakage).
