SOLD Cold Painted Metal Arab Boy Incense Burner!

I had thought this might be a Vienna Bronze. While the motif is similar, the scale is larger and the metal is heavier. Whatever he may be, he is charming! His basket is an incense burner. I imagine that his basket may have had a lid at some point. Nice details in the basket and even on the face of the young man. It stands 4 1/2" high and 5 1/2" wide. There is some wear to the paint which is expected with items of this style and age.

Really a delightful piece for display and use!
