We guarantee each item to be as described and encourage you to contact us with any questions about listed items BEFORE your purchase. All items are either "collectible", "vintage", or "antique" and therefore, must be considered "used".
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling (nominal fee to cover supplies), and insurance which will be calculated at the time of sale, based on weight and delivery location. Insurance is required. We welcome inquiries for exact shipping costs. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN US DOLLARS (USD).

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 25% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
We must receive your payment within 7 days of your order or the item will be removed from "Sale Pending" status.

If you place an order and then change your mind, please let us know immediately. It is not fair to other customers (or us) to have an item marked "sale pending" and therefore, unavailable.

If we make two attempts to contact you with no response, we will remove the "sale pending" status and you will be blocked from using our shop. We're sorry to have to take this position, but you know the old story about the bad apples spoiling the basketful.

Indiana residents must include 7% sales tax or provide SIGNED Indiana exempt tax form prior to shipping.

We accept VISA, M/C, & Discover with shipping only to the billing address. You may pay online through our website. Please email or call our shop when placing an order with this method for instructions. Personal checks will be held for 14 days for clearing. Payment must be made in the exact amount of purchase.
