How unique is this?! It’s a wonderful optical or fashion advertising piece, probably a store display for Cover Girl cat eye glasses.

The box is a book shape and has four satin lined partitions for showing Cover Girl glasses. The front shows a photo of a model wearing a pair of the cat eye eyeglasses and when opened, she’s in the next photo as well. On the back is a chart listing the sizes and colors available, like Black, Honey Amber, Brownsmoke, and also Pearl colors .. Taffy, White, Brown, and Gray. Wouldn’t you love to see these now?

The box measures 8 ¾” high, 6 ¾” wide, and 1 ¼” deep. Partitions measure 2” high and 6 1/8” wide.

In very good +++ condition. The front cover paper, at the crease is broken but it does not effect the book like style because the back is strongly intact. It looks like a crease on the front cover, but it is not. It is kind of a bubble in the clear coating on the box. Bumped corners. It looks like there was once a ribbon tie, which is now long gone. The inside is very nice and clean.
