Beautiful circa 1900 Art Nouveau pin brooch, a small treasure measuring 15/16". The repousse' pin brooch depicts a stunning Belle Epoque lady in profile, holding her hand up to gently lift a fragrant blossom. Her features, hair, clothing and the lovely blossoms are wonderfully detailed, the verso with extended pinstick and open hook C closer. The color of the metal has deeper age-appropriate darkening, not as bright or with such gold hues as the light in the photos make it appear. No damages to the pinset or to the edges of the brooch. It is a delicate and worthy addition to any Nouveau pin collection.
