Gorgeous Mother of Pearl & Concha Shell Mexico Silver Belt Buckle

Gorgeous old 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" signed 'Mexico' oval silver belt buckle, inlaid with Modernist design composed of both pink Mother of Pearl and richly colored Concha Shell (Abalone). The colors of the inlay are amazing, ranging from pearl grey to rose pink to lavender, gold and turquoise. The buckle back has some minor age related scratches, pitting and rub wear from use, the front with normal patina to the silver. The inlaid shell and MOP look perfect. The buckle will receive up to a 2" belt, with simple 1940s wire loop attachment.
