Wowie wow wow...this stunniing black and white illustrated Formfit Life Foundation ad would have been very comfortable on a detective novelette cover of the early 1950s, with the model shown both front and reflected back (in a mirror) in a saucy pin-up girl 'cheesecake' pose! This nearly 1/2 page ad was featured on page 305 of the October 1951 Ladies Home Journal issue and has been carefully removed. The ad promises that '..a Sweetheart of a figure can be yours!' if you wear this one piece garment with the 'wonder-working features' of both Life Bra and Life Girdle. The ad is in Excellent to Near Mint condition, an outstanding example of the Mansfield-Monroe era view of sexiness...seamed stockings and all! Shipped in a rigid sleeve and bubble mailer for safety (no rolling).
