Unusual layered & filigree wirework Mexico-Sterling brooch/pendant, with the signature 'JCA' inside a circle reading 'Mexico-Sterling' and an obscured design house name. It is also stamped '925'-no Eagle Mark. The center of the brooch has a pre-Columbian primitive design, open in the center and adorned with fine wirework. The brooch pendant measures a petite 1 3/8", with light patina on the front and darker patina on the back of the brooch consistent with its advanced age. It is in Excellent condition, with no damage.
