1930s vintage black tapestry zippered makeup bag, with thin pink cellulose lining. The tapestry fabric is in Excellent condition, with no wear or staining, the tapestry embroidery in soft rose, green and cream. The metal zipper exhibits a slight 'sticking' when opened and closed. The pink lining is very clean and odorless, but does have several small tears and holes, consistent with its age and fragility. It is still a fabulous bag, measuring 7 1/2" x 5".
