Lovely 1930s Black Velvet Shirred Pochette Handbag

Lovely black velvet shirred pochette handbag, elegantly worn over the arm by quality ladies of the 1930s Era. The curved gilt brass top frame has large ball snap closer (with normal and expected age appropriate finish wear). The handle is short with slight wear along the edge stitching also consistent with its advanced age but not an 'issue' or affecting usage at all. The bag has a gold satiny lining with matching change purse attached by ribbons to the top edge. There is light soil inside as well as to the top exterior change purse edge, and there is one small wear spot on the front wall interior. It is in Very Good condition, with its exterior velvet soft and luxurious~no wear or tear.
