Leggings are back in a big way, and this would look great over a pair or worn as a tunic dress with tights. The tunic has a round neckline and dolman sleeves, the neckline, bodice, and sleeve edges outlined in topstitching. Measurements are: Bust 34", Shoulder 15", Hip 38", Sleeve Length 25", Dress Length 37" (dress fabric has about 1" stretch 'give').
