Pretty Kitty Cat brooch, looking for a home! The vintage bright gold Kitty Cat with jeweled white rhinestone collar and filigree eyes set with ruby rhinestones is shown on page 75 of Marcia 'Sparkles' Brown's jewelry guide, 'Rhinestone Jewelry: Figurals, Animals and Whimsicals', called the 'Uptown' Cat. The brooch is all hand brushed, giving her a wonderful texture. She measures 2" tall and appears to and is in Excellent to Near Mint condition, with no patina or finish loss, all rhinestones sparkling and original.
