We will respond to all orders and or requests for additional information as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). We do our best to accurately represent condition, age and artist based on our best judgment. We are by no means art or antique experts. Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We package moderate sized works of art. Very large, fragile or extremely valuable items may be professionally packaged and shipped. All purchases are shipped insured. All packaging, shipping and insurance costs are charged to the customer. We can arrange delivery by any feasible method (e.g. Express Mail, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx). Items are shipped within 5 days (or after check clears when paying by check) after receipt of payment.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Guaranteed to be in condition & in degree of completeness described w/ return privilege upon immediate inspection and notification providing item not as described. Returned items must be unaltered and not re-offered for sale, in identical condition/completeness as purchased. Note: We ship only to registered addresses with ruby lane. Due to recent fraud trends, we do not ship to Africa, Indonesia, or any other country which is not serviced by PAYPAL. We gladly ship to EU countries, the UK, and Canada provided buyer pays actual shipping charges, all duties, and any taxes/import fee (if required). All international customers should contact us to see if we ship to your country prior to making an offer or purchasing.
