This Vintage Washstand has stood the test of time to survive intact with it's original Backsplash! It is constructed of yellow poplar as the primary wood and yellow pine as the secondary wood. The top looks to be a single poplar board 16 inches wide. The drawer has hand cut dovetails and a chamford drawer bottom. The stand is 32 inches tall to the top of the backsplash. The front is 22 inches wide, and the depth is 16,1/2 inches. The finish is in "as found" dull condition. The new owner can retouch as desired. Looks to be around 1850 - 1875. A great all original washstand!
