I guarantee all items to be as described. In purchasing an item from my store, I want the buyer to be completely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. I understand that purchasing an item over the Internet is still a relatively new experience for most people and not "holding it in your hand" is of the greatest concern. Needless to say, I have an extremely critical eye in finding the item in the first place. I don't like "surprises" nor do I want my customer to find them. My reputation matters so I want you to be 100% satisfied with your new purchase.
Shipping is done as quickly as possible but please allow at least 3-5 days for processing your purchase. Sometimes an emergency will crop up that I must contend with - family or even the weather. In advance, I apologize for any delay - It is not intentional, I assure you.
Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
On a small package within the United States, Buyer pays $3.85 for First Class Postage & Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended.
On a larger package within the United States, the postage rate will be calculated according to weight; insurance is mandatory.
For packages travelling outside the United States, rates will be quoted upon completion of a Purchase Order.
Should any item fail to meet or exceed your expectations, the item shall be returned at buyer's expense. Return of any item must be in the same condition as when received, and must include delivery or signature confirmation, as well as insurance for the amount of purchase. Once I have received the item, a refund will be promptly made via the method in which it was paid, i.e., check for check, PAYPAL for PAYPAL, cash for cash, etc. I want your buying experience to be a pleasurable one and I will bend over backwards to ensure your continued patronage.
PAYPAL payments, cash and money orders ensure your package is out as quickly as possible. A check will have a 10-day hold on the goods while it clears.
Restocking Fee:
No seller really likes to have returns, however, I know they happen. If the item sent out is returned because of an omission or defect that I failed to notice, then there is no restocking fee. Refund will be made for purchase price only - NOT postage.
If an item is returned due to buyer's remorse or a simple change of mind then a 5% restocking fee will apply. Again, postage paid will not be refunded.
Other Information:
Missouri residents to pay Sales Tax. If purchaser has a Retail Sales Tax Number, the number must be provided at time of checkout.
All items in my store are subject to prior sale.
Regarding Layaway
I gladly welcome layaway under these rules.....
1. Once an order is placed, a down payment is to be submitted within 7 days of the order. If payment is not received prior to this time, the items will be placed back into inventory.
2. While I am very good at allowing time on all my layaways, I do need a payment EVERY month (even if it's a small one) that the items are held. Again, if I do not receive a payment within a month that continues to hold the items, the items will be placed back into the store less whatever item was purchased with the first down payment (my choice - no exceptions); said choice will allow for postage to buyer.
3. Layaways are limited to one transaction only (a grouping of items is fine provided they are all purchased on the same date; additions to the layaway will NOT be allowed after the first date of purchase). Once the first transaction is paid for, other layaways will be allowed.
