Possibly a drop from an award medal for rowing, this C.1900 (Edawrdian) piece of hand carved ivory (or bone) has been skillfully rendered.

Depicting a pair of lions upraised against a pair of oars, the charm/pendant measures 1" x 1-1/8" and has a small hole at the top. Add a jump ring and this piece can be suspended from a charm bracelet or a necklace. It's a nicely carved piece with darkening on the reverse only. I can see no breaks or splits, nor any repairs.
