Hallmarked? Yes.
Engraved? Yes. EVA in a carnival stipple pen on the reverse.
Condition? Pretty good with a dark, dark patina to the silver. I have only lightly polished in order to show the engraving on the reverse.
Dents or Dings? Slight indent on the reverse. Some scratchy marks on the back from having been knocked about a bit.
