Measuring 1-1/4" x 1/2" and weighing 4.6 grams, this hallmarked STERLING SILVER medal/pendant/charm has a dark patina that definitely needs a little more polish to bring up a shine. Yes, the medal has been polished through the years and there is a touch of wear on the features of the Virgin, but the design of this piece is quite interesting. The back of the medal features the Sacred Heart of Mary symbols. No dents or dings - a solid piece of silver with a nice look to it.
