We charge actual shipping charges, no handling charges. We always combine shipping for multiple items. We pack our items very carefully to ensure that they will arrive safely.
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
If you live in a country other than the United State, please e-mail and ask for shipping totals. If you would like first class international rates, there will be a handling fee since I will have to go to the post office for this rate.
Buyer pays exact shipping which is added when invoice is sent. If you would like to know shipping amounts before you purchase we would be happy to calculate it for you. We combine for multiple items. Insurance is optional.
Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

**PayPal is the only accepted payment method for countries other than the U.S.

If you choose to pay by PayPal, payment is due within 7 days. If payment hasn't been made, OR if we haven't heard from you within 7 days, purchase orders will be cancelled.
Checks and Money Orders
Payment is due within 10 business days. If payment has not been received OR if we haven't heard from you within 10 business days, purchase orders will be cancelled.
