Elegantly simple spoon tongs with a twisted rope and a dragon with wings engraved on each side. On the inside is stamped with “P S & Co” then sideways “EP” and a shield enclosing an eagle. These marks were used by the Potosi Silver Co. of Birmingham c. 1878. They are in excellent condition and measure about 4 ½” in length.
