Our Service Pledge To You:
We try to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, unless we specify dates that we will be unavailable. Since we take our items to a professional packer, orders may take a bit longer, but are usually shipped within 3 days.
We have been collectors for years. We have never been dealers. This is our first and only shop, and we will sell only items that we believe are authentic. Over the years, we have (on rare occasions) bought something that was not as represented, and learned a few costly lessons. In the unlikely event that an item is not as we believed it to be, then we will of course refund shipping costs as well.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping, insurance and a reasonable handling/packing fee. I rarely pack items myself...as clumsy as I am, I protect the objects by having a professional do it!!! INSURANCE IS ALWAYS INCLUDED FOR ITEMS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. If a shipping charge is not listed for the item, or for International customers, please email your address in advance for quote. Insurance strongly recommended for International Buyers as well, but not required. Shipping, packing and insurance cannot be refunded.
***Please note. We take some of our items to a wonderful lady for packaging. (In 6 years, we have had only 3 shipments reported damaged in shipping!) She is an environmentalist, and asks us to save boxes we have received, to save trees. I bring all excellent packing material, but do save good boxes for re-use.
We also use a local Pak Mail for packing and shipping for
many pieces when she is unavailable.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Only verified Pay Pal accounts accepted. Florida purchasers must pay 6 percent sales tax, unless they send us a copy of their tax-exempt or sales certificate.
We do not accept orders from Nigeria.
