This wonderful painting is much better than the pictures show. The detail is incredible; even the stray hairs on the end of his moustache. There are so many outstanding European artists named "Koch" it would take time to determine which one. The quality of the painting speaks for itself. It is c 1940 - 1960. This is signed lower left. Both the painting and the frame are in Very Good Condition. The painting itself is 8 inches x 9 1/2 inches. Framed, it is 15 inches by 13 inches.
