People who have been to my home have all marvelled at the many original William Nelson pieces I have. Pictures can't do justice to the details and beauty he captures. This lovely old town on the French Riviera is no exception. I know of no other artist who works in watercolors who can capture the details that William Nelson does. We purchased this 1986 from Jean-Paul Loup, who was his exclusive agent at the time. Since then, I have seen his work in galleries, and of course, in lithographs. But I have only originals. This is exquisitely triple matted and framed, museum quality. It measures 19 and 1/2 inches by 13 and 1/2 inches. Framed 26 inches by 21 inches.
