Very Unusual Antique Left Facing Cameo, Gold Bezel, Pin or Pendant

Of all the cameos I have seen, I can't remember another profile facing left. I don't know why this is, but I have been collecting these cameos for so many years, that this one jumped out at me when I bought it. This lovely lady has a bit more casual hairdo, and a lovely corsage on the shoulder of her gown. The cameo itself is 1 and 1/4 inches long, by nearly 1 inch wide. The bezel adds minimally to the dimensions. The bezel is stamped, but I cannot read the Kt. It is in Very Good to Excellent Condition.
