This old piece has an unusual finish, rough.. almost textured in places. I love the different renditions of German Shepherds and other older herding dogs from years ago; so different from today, and so desirable for a collection. Of course, he could be another breed; perhaps an Akita? Chow? Husky or Spitz? This dog is in Very Good to Excellent Condition. The base is part of the piece. He is 6 inches by 5 and 1/4 inches.
