Marcasite Pin with Cameo

This pin is the type that sometimes adorns a ribbon around the neck, right in the middle in front. I would use it as a gift for a young girl, so she could wear a cameo like her mother. The total length is a bit over one inch long, and a bit under one inch wide. The cameo itself is 1/2 inch wide and a bit over 1/2 inch long. The cameo is white...I don't have a clue what type material it is; it is framed in what appears to be marcasite (may just be studded) in a steel or silver colored frame. It has the C closure on back. I've had it for a while, but honestly, have so many that I can't place when I got this one, so have priced it so low, that it doesn't matter!
