This is one of the last pieces made by Joseph Morel, Founder and Master Art Glass artist extraordinaire of Zellique Studios. I was quite fortunate to have purchased a small number of his wonderful paperweights some years ago. This is a very special example of Zellique Studio art glass. It is in the form of a “Love” bird. It has a floating heart within the crystal, Zellique Studios had made some in a clear glass, but this is one of the very special ones made with both color and clear.
