Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I will only ship within the United States and Canada If international customers have a U.S. address for which I can ship items(i.e. friends or relatives) that would be o.k.

Buyer pays for actual shipping & insurance. First Class mail unless you request Priority Mail.

Special instructions for shipping items are to be e-mailed to me directly under separate cover. Also, items WILL NOT be shipped to an "unconfirmed address" unless an e-mail requesting me to do so is received from buyer.

Restocking Fee:
There is a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
Please Ask Questions before you enter into a Purchase Order. Don't include a question with the purchase order because you will tie up the item for someone else if you change your mind after the question is answered. All descriptions are accurate and should contain pertinent information regarding the item.

Paypal payments are due within 48 Hours of purchase
Email me if payment will be delayed or items will be put back in my shop for sale. All other payments, i.e. personal checks or money orders must be received within 7 days of purchase. I accept Paypal, Money Orders & Pers. checks. 5 business day minimum for personal checks to clear before item is shipped. E-mail with questions PRIOR to bidding on or purchasing item. Good Luck!
