THE VERY BEST OF THE BEST!! A Renaissance Revival Walnut Parlor Table with a picture framed top and inserted figural marble within. The base is a double to single trestle form with carved and incised elements The stretcher is very ornate with a huge hand carved ornate finial (with CARVED ROSES). The hand carved legs on this table are very ornate. The marble on this table is original and is a very rare beautiful brown marble which is in Perfect Condition. We believe this table is a “transition piece” meaning it was made at the end of the Rococo period because it has elements of both the Rococo and the Renaissance Revival periods Circa: 1850 Dimensions: 28 3/4"H x 24 1/2"W x 38"D Finish: Excellent Original Condition.
