Reverse Painted, Acid Etched Bellova Boudoir Lamp

A wonderful old Bellova lamp in near perfect condition, it stands 14" tall on a 5" diameter base. The shade is 5 1/2" tall and 7 1/2" in diameter at the opening. It is properly signed with the usual silver Bellova stamp. It is beautifully etched all over in a nice leaf and floral pattern. The top part of the shade is reverse painted a pale yellow color, and the bottom is a reddish rust color. Separating these colors is a wonderful painted swag garland of red roses and green leaves supported by blue bows/ribbons. It also has in four places hanging garlands of roses and purple and yellow pansies. The color scheme, subject, and wonderful execution is extraordinary!
