Dating from the early 1900's, all hand carved coral beads with slight variation in size and shape, sterling silver findings, deeply carved coral rose clasp. The color is a dark salmon orange and is the natural color, there is some color variation in each bead. The necklace measures 15" in length, the widest bead measuring 3/8" in width. Breathtaking detail on this fabulous antique buckle! Heavy (70 grams) sterling silver with open-work frame decorated with swirling florals and leaves. Measures 3 3/8" by 2 1/2" in height. While examining this for marks I just knew it must be French in origin. I found a very tiny mark on the back of both the right and the left portion of the piece but it was clogged with black patina and I was unable to read. Dating from the Victorian era, black onyx and half seed pearl with gold fittings and spacers on rigid steel wire. The hidden clasp is hook shaped, it hooks onto the last barrel shape onyx piece.
