Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance. We ship USPS; most times you have the choice of first class or priority. I try and ship at the lowest cost possible. International buyers please be aware shipping costs may be very high: please email for costs before purchase.
Restocking Fee:
We charge 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Please notify us if you wish to return an item. Merchandise must returned to us within 3 days of receipt, in the same shipping method and condition in which it was sent to assure proper credit.
Other Information:
Payment is expected within 10-days of your order. I accept Paypal and money orders for shipment the Saturday after receipt of payment. Personal checks have a 10-day hold from date of deposit. Returned checks have a $25.00 fee. We offer layaway. Please email for information. We are always interested in purchasing vintage jewelry; let us know if you are interested in selling.
