It looks European to me- and can be between vintage and antique. I haven't had anyone look at it since I just decided to put this up.

The way the pin back works makes me think it is antique or a much older piece than just vintage. The pin goes up to a 45 degree angle-

The fleurettes on the piece are reminiscent of Western Europe- the Isles, maybe French...

The colors are beautiful.. I love the pale blue against the white with gold colored metal.. Flowers- Stripes..

It's a nice size.. 2 1/2 inches wide 1 3/4 inches tall..

No markings on it.. it's in great condition..
