Copper, maybe called anodized copper, with brass and stone. The swirl design is seen in the silversmith Margot's work. (reference 'Copper Art Jewelry by Burkholz and Kaplan, page 13)

They hang 3 inches. Their condition is excellent. Stamped on the back is Hechoen Mexico
