Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I charge actual shipping fees with confirmation delivery plus insurance. Any inadvertent overcharges for shipping are refunded to the customer once exact shipping costs have been determined.

Payment for items purchased (i.e. for which an offer has been accepted or a purchase order has been issued) is expected within 5 calendar days through Paypal unless other arrangements have been made.

If a buyer cannot make payment within 5 calendar days, we respectfully ask that he or she communicate with us by sending us an email stating the problem. We will always try to work with a customer to extend payment terms.

We cannot stress how important COMMUNICATION is. We pride ourselves in being fair and flexible and will, often times, go out of our way to accommodate a customer. Please, send us an email with any questions, concerns, or requests.

LAY-AWAY plans:

We are happy to offer lay-away plans of up to 90 days.

For purchases totaling $100 or less, we offer a 30-day lay-away - 50% within 5 calendar days of purchase and 50% 30 days later.

For purchases totaling $101-$250, we offer a 60-day lay-away - 30% within 5 calendar days of purchase, 35% on day 30, and the remaining 35% on day 60.

For purchases totaling more than $251, we offer a 90-day lay-away - 25% within 5 calendar days of purchase, 25% on day 30, 25% on day 60, and the remaining 25% on day 90.

For purchases totaling more than $650, we will gladly work with a customer to customize a longer term lay-away plan, if needed. Please, feel free to ask us about details.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee.
