The mold used for this bowl has a scalloped edge and a swirled relief along the outer side. ‘Lefort’, the artist, has signed the face of the bowl, and has hand-painted luscious pink roses against moss green leaves. The bowl’s three feet and the rim are gilded.

The underside is stamped with ‘JPL, France’, Mark 5, used between 1890 and 1932, and ‘Hand painted’. This piece is in excellent condition with no chips, nicks, cracks, or repairs.

Dimensions: 7” in diameter x 2.75” high.
