SALE Fantastic octagonal covered Lenox candy dish

This is one of the most beautiful pieces of Lenox china I have come across. It is octagonal in shape and has intricate scrollwork on both the base and the lid. Each side of the base’s octagon has a stylized flower in the center with scrolling vines ending in a fleur-de-lis shape. The foot of the base also has some scrollwork.

The décor on the lid is similar with the stylized flower in the center, scrolling vines around it ending near the knob, in a triangular shape. The elongated, gilded knob is itself centered on a stylized flower.

The underside carries the ‘Lenox, Made in USA’ gold stamp. There are no chips, nicks, cracks, or repairs to this candy dish, and the gilding on the lid knob is in excellent condition with barely no sign of wear.

Dimensions: 5.5” high x 6.5” wide at its widest point; base is 3.5” high; knob is 1.25” high.
