Our Service Pledge To You:
Our pledge to you is to provide you with an honest and accurate description of all our items. The history of the vintage items will be provided, if available. Any flaws will be described and noted in the photos for your viewing.

Communication is a key element to a pleasant and satisfying transaction.

After purchasing an item and receipt of payment, I will notify you of shipment and any other necessary information.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We normally ship Monday through Friday via USPS (Priority or First Class Mail). Ruby Lane requires all items to be insured. Insurance will be included in you shipping quote and is covered by an alternative to the USPS. You have the option to decline the insurance. When practical, we will combine on shipping to reduce the cost to you. We try to ship within 24 hours of payment. You will be notified, when your package has been shipped and will be given the delivery confirmation number (if shipped via Priority Mail).

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
PayPal is the preferred method of payment and can be used for credit card payments. We also accept USPS or bank money orders/cashier's check. We will accept a personal check .... however there will be up to a 10 day hold, until funds clear.

Payment is due:
within 3 days, if paying with PayPal
within 10 days, if paying with MO or cashier's check

If payment is not received within ten days, you will be notified of cancellation of your purchase order. At that time the item or items will be placed back in our shop.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may be considered, depending on the country. Please email prior to placing an order to discuss shipping and other terms. Payment for international purchases would only be considered, if you have a confirmed address and a verified PayPal account.
