About Us

Coming from a family of collectors, we have all had a passion for one thing or another.

Many of my items have come from local country estates or from our own personal collections.

Some of the items that we will be offering will include, but not limited, to the following:

• Hallmark ornaments

If you are looking to add to your collection and don't see something in our shop, please feel free to email. We would be happy to let you know if we have it and list if for your review.

PLEASE NOTE:
Since grading postcards is subjective, we prefer to describe its condition, as well as any defects and flaws. This will allow you the option of grading it according to the system you follow.

In regards to First Class Mail shipping of postcards, there has been some confusion within the USPS, as to how to charge for a rigid first class mailpiece and at times they were applying a higher rate. We are hopeful that this issue has been fully resolved. However, if you should receive any item with "postage due", please contact us. We will make all attempts to correct the problem.

Ruby Lane has a site-wide policy that all items be insured. If you don't want your item insured, you will have the option to decline it upon checkout. Please keep in mind that if lost or damaged in transit, we can not be help responsible.

Due to increasing costs, we have had to include a small handling fee.

We use USPS for shipping and ship either via First Class Mail or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

We do combine on shipping, when possible. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.

We make every attempt to ship within 24 - 48 hours after receipt of payment (unless paying with an e-check or personal check, as these require additional time for the funds to clear -- from 10 - 14 days). You will receive an email with information, notifying you of when your item(s) were shipped.
