About Aunt Lulu's Legacy

Our Service Pledge To You:
We guarantee the authenticity and provenance of our items unless stated otherwise in the item description.

About Us
I come from a long line of collectors – from the 1800s on, my ancestors traveled the world, loved fine art and jewelry, and immersed themselves in other cultures. There was a story (and usually an argument) to accompany every item brought home.

Among them were dentists in Ceylon, tobacconists in London, gold prospectors in New Zealand, a missionary in India, military officers in every war, and a great great grandmother who sailed to Australia with her four daughters in 1858.

Most of their acquisitions and family treasures were handed down to me, and as a result, I developed a love of personal family items with provenance. All the antiques in our shop have come through my family.

Aunt Lulu was my great grandmother’s sister and an opera singer in Philadelphia. She left me many beautiful items as well as an appreciation of their history, so we named our shop in her honor. And yes, the photograph of our logo is Aunt Lulu.
