Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance.

All items will be shipped within 72 hours maximum, usually sooner. We believe insurance should be purchased on every item. Why take a chance!

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
There may at times be a handling fee. It is usually required on very delicate items, such as chandeliers, crystal lamps, etc. The charge will be reasonable and include only our costs for boxes, insulation and special handling.
