Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
It is our policy to sell and ship item(s) world wide. In most cases we will include the shipping cost with our item description. I am not responsible for lost or broken items that are not insured.
Restocking Fee:
We have a 15% restocking fee.

LAY AWAY
**Lay-a-Ways are 50% down and 50% in 30 days on orders of $100 or more. If this arrangement does not fit your needs - please email me and we can try and work out an acceptable plan for both of us. There is a $25 restocking fee for unclaimed orders, or refused orders. If payment is not made on time the Layaway Agreement is immediately cancelled and your deposit is forfeited.
Please remember that you do not have to have a Paypal Account to pay with Paypal. Paypal is now our primary credit card merchant, who safely and securely processes ALL Major Credit Card Payments at no cost to you. * Paypal payments are due within (2) days of placing an order.
We do not accept credit card payments over the telephone - we only accept your credit card payment through paypal.
In addition to Paypal, we accept Money Orders, Personal Checks, Bank & Cashier's Checks which are due in (7) days from the date of placing an order. My mailing address is located on my homepage on the left. Personal Checks are held between 7-10 business days to clear the Bank.
We also accept Western Union, and U.S Cash via Registered Mail. For our International Buyers, we gladly accept the following payment methods: Western Union-- payable in USD and additionally Western Union international Money Orders can be purchase at your local Post Office - and International Postal Money Orders -- payable in USD; Cash in USD and Paypal.
Please familiarize yourself with the customs regulations and laws of your country so there will not be any surprises awaiting you when you order merchandise by mail. Your order may be subject to import duty and taxes in your country, and these are your responsibility. We provide full and accurate disclosure on Customs Declarations forms, though we do note vintage costume jewelry as "used fashion accessories" to avoid jewelry being assessed as Fine Jewelry. Please do not request that we declare your order as a gift or "of no value."
